Bearwood Gardeners

Bearwood Gardeners have been encouraging people to get outside and get growing since their first meeting at Thimblemill Library in 2016.

Their aim was simple - to get Bearwood blooming, green up the area and unite people through a love of gardening.

Since then, more than 1,000 people have joined the Bearwood Gardeners Facebook Group, and the network continues to grow through a programme of annual events, including the Bearwood Front Garden Trail.

The group is always open to ideas on how to make Bearwood greener and more wildlife friendly.

Front Garden Trail

Each June and July Bearwood residents get to put their front gardens on the map by signing up to the Bearwood Front Garden Trail.

It's not about spending lots of money or aiming for 'best in show'... it's about taking pride in Blooming Bearwood and sharing inspiration with our friends and neighbours.

Sign up to be added to the trail at bearwoodfrontgardens@gmail.com
You can also pop your name and address into Thimblemill Library or The Shop at Warley Woods.
