Information, Advice & Guidance

IAG Signposting (1).png

On Wednesdays at Bearwood Baptist Church Hall, visitors to our Wednesday Warm Welcome can access support from our Information, Advice and Guidance Officer who can help you to find the right support locally. We can help with completing referrals or signposting you to active projects and organisations working across a number of topics.

Maybe you need some help getting a MySandwell account or working out where there might be mum and baby groups, perhaps you want to sign up for the GP but you need help with filling in forms, or you want help understanding your latest utility bill. Our IAG officer is on hand to help you understand what help and support is available to you.

Pop in and ask us what type of support might be available.

Sandwell Residents
(B62, B63, B64, B65, B66, B67, B68, B69, B70, B71 and DY4)

If you are a resident of Sandwell (see above postcodes) then you can also receive support from Sandwell Consortium's Cost of Living Team and Smethwick's Citizen's Advice team.

Unfortunately, if you are a resident within the Birmingham City Council area you will not be able to receive support from this team, however, you can still speak to our Information, Advice and Guidance Officer for help.

To check your local council click the button below and enter your postcode.
