Are you renting privately in Bearwood, Smethwick, Warley, Cape Hill, or North Edgbaston or surrounding areas? Do you want to understand the new rules coming into effect?
The new Renters' Rights Act (RRA) came into force on May 1, 2026, and Bearwood Community Hub is here to ensure you know all about it!
We are hosting two free information sessions in early June (one afternoon, one evening) where you can:
Hear directly from a Renters' Rights Act (RRA) expert about the new legislation and what it means for you.
Access individual case surgeries with support workers for a documented action plan that clearly outlines your rights and helps you know what you can challenge.
